Engineering and Technical Office
Our Technical Office is up to date with the latest developments and market demands applicable to the design of our self-loading wagons. All mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic and pneumatic systems are of our own design and are 100% manufactured in our facilities. Our technical solutions allow a design adaptable to the needs of each customer and working environment to ensure that each customer gets the wagon that best suits the needs of the product to be collected and the environment in which the machine will be used.
All the service and after-sales after the purchase of the wagon is supervised by our Technical Department to ensure the maximum performance of the equipment through preventive maintenance operations prior to the campaign and a technical service that deals with the resolution of repairs that may eventually arise due to the use and consequent wear of the machine.
Our factory is equipped with CNC machining equipment, precision plate shop, presses, folding machines, cutting machines, manual and robotic welding equipment, laser cutting, automated painting facilities, electrical and electronic workshop and all the necessary machinery to ensure that all the construction and maintenance of our self-loading wagons is performed 100% in our facilities.
